About the Curator
What began as a small dream is becoming a living, growing reality. I've always been drawn to pieces from the past objects shaped by real hands, real lives, and real stories. Growing up, my parents filled our home with family heirlooms, and they taught me to honour not just the beauty of these items, but the sacrifice, labour, and love woven into them.
Their scars aren't flaws they're proof of resilience. Crafted by farmers, grandparents, coal miners, and true artisans from the materials of the earth, shaped by necessity, creativity, and ingenuity. Made to last.
